(approximately 31,000sqm). Located on the prime Northeast corner of the
intersection of Wireless, Rama IV and Sathorn Roads with a project area of 16.7
hectares (104.58 rai). The site is bounded by Embassy Road (Embassy of Japan and
Embassy of Australia) in Lumpini Park (North), on Wireless Road (West) and Rama IV
Road (South).
Jewelry Factory, a jewelry production factory on a 6-rai plot of land located in
Nakorn Pathom area, Thailand. The factory will be constructed in 2 phases. Phase 1
will include Offices, Showroom and minimal production space and core support
facilities covering a total surface of about 2,000sqm. Phase 2 will be primarily an
extension of the production lines, adding approximately 4,000sqm to the factory.
The factory is therefore estimated to be around 6,000sqm of built surface overall.

JWD Office, a new office building with parking area on the land next to its old building locate on Krungthep Kritha Road, Bangkok. The new building consists of Office & Commercial Building and Parking on the total gross area of 19,267.84 sq.m. The old building need renovation on facade and skyway from building 1 with total area of 3,578.00 sq.m.

Four Seasons Hotel, high-end hotels and condominium project on Charoen Krung Road along the Chao Phraya River. The total area of this project is approximately 15 acres composing of; Capella Hotel, Ultra Luxury Waterfront Residences & Urban Five-Star Waterfront Resort. We are designing for Urban Five-Star Waterfront Resort, a 5-star luxury urban resort hotel, 312 Keys with estimated Ground Floor Area of 58,437 sq.m.

Singha Complex, the complex will consist of Singha Office, office for rental, Boutique Hotel 22 Keys, Concert Hall for 4,000 seats, Retail / F&B (staff canteen), MEP & BOH with car park area for 1,500 cars on the total area of 144,250 sq.m. located in Bangkok.

EXAT Headquarters, a project consist of Headquarters, Conference Room and Parking area on the approximate space of 104,000 sq.m., Bangkok, Thailand.

2013 The Mall Group Bangna, a Shopping complex located on Bangna-Trad km. 1 Road, Bangkok, Thailand. The Project will comprise of Shopping and Retail Area, Department Store, Convention Hall, Cinema and Parking with approximate total construction area of 850,000 sq.m.

Thailand Trade and Convention Center, consists of an exhibition center with 21,000 sq.m. construction area and 400-room hotel. Total construction area is approx. 200,000 sq.m., Kasate-Navamin Road, Bangkok.

Phuket International Convention and Exhibition Center, consists of and 2-storey exhibition with 47,890 sq.m., basement car park 6,496 sq.m., 2-storey energy building 3,346 sq.m. and 3-storey residential building with 6,229 sq.m. 2017
Jewelry Factory, a jewelry production factory on a 6-rai plot of land located in
Nakorn Pathom area, Thailand. The factory will be constructed in 2 phases. Phase 1
will include Offices, Showroom and minimal production space and core support
facilities covering a total surface of about 2,000Sq/M. Phase 2 will be primarily an
extension of the production lines, adding approximately 4,000Sq/M to the factory.
The factory is therefore estimated to be around 6,000Sq/M of built surface overall.
Ruby True Hotel, a hotel located in Bagan, new city in Myanmar. Parts of the existing
building will be retained and renovated and other buildings will be demolished to
make way for new constructions. The existing lobby building will be demolished to
make way for a new lobby and restaurant along with lounge and small retail area. A
swimming pool will be constructed and a new Presidential Suite added. A new Spa
will also be constructed and additional budget accommodation will be added along
the Southern edge of the site. The total construction area for the renovation and
new build combined is approximately 5,000Sq/M and the work will increase the
number of guestroom keys to 84.

2017
Inle Tourist Park MP, a new mixed-use tourist oriented development on
approximately 300 acres of farm land north of Inle Lake and close to the town of
Nyaung Shwe, Yangon, Myanmar. The project to be designed to be constructed in 3
phases and include; Main Jetty area, Retail & Restaurants, Tourist Market,
Commercial area, Car parking, Inle Traditional Village, Hotel & Residential area,
Ministry of Hotel & Tourism Office.
Yen Trung Lake, 1-500 Masterplan, Vietnam, a mixed used development on a land
plot of approximately 472 hectare and which is currently a pine forest and small
farm holdings. The development will feature 3 hotels/resorts located around the
Northern periphery of the lake. These hotel/resorts will be low rise in nature to
harmonize with the surroundings. One 3 star, one 4 star and one 5 star hotel/resorts
are proposed. The land to the West of the land will be dedicated to farming with
plot sizes ranging from 1000Sq/M to 20,000Sq/M being made available for farmers.
A themed village is also proposed within the farming community as a tourist hub.
The village is currently proposed to have an English theme along with the rest of the
development. The site is situated in Hanoi, Vietnam.

2017
Swiss Belresidence Halong Bay Vietnam, a 4-5 star serviced residence in a tower and
shop house configuration in the downtown area of Halong Bay city to be operated by
the Swiss Belhotel International Group. The development will have studio, 1, 2 and 3
bedroom room types with support facilities including a small business centre, fitness
centre and gym, swimming pool, ADD and specialty restaurant.
Tourist Market Master Plan, Hue, a tourist market development South East of Hue city
on land approximately 49 acres in size. The land is currently dominated by a large
shallow water body which covers much of the project site. The Client would like to
develop a tourist market using the Asiatique development on the Chao Praya river in
Bangkok as a reference point. The overall development might include day and night
markets, boutique hotels, a waterpark or small themed park, lake activities and
extensive landscaping.

Aspen Vision City – Plot 4 Façade, a new mixed use development, which will be built
on plot 4 at Aspen Vision City Batu Kawan on Penang Island. Plot 4 is approximately
6.7 Acres (27,114Sq/M) in size. The site has a maximum plot ratio of 4 giving the total
development GFA of 1,167,408Sq/Ft (108,456Sq/M). The mixed use development
include; Office Tower, Hotel, Service Suite Tower, Shop lots, Service Suite facility, Hotel
facility, Function Room and Convention Center.

2016 – Present
Telenor Office HQ Yangon, a new office building to be occupied by the Telenor Group
in Yangon. The office building to have a maximum of 6 floors totaling 8,000Sq/M with
allowance for 100 car parking spaces.
Batohtaung River Front, a new riverfront commercial development, which will be built
on approximately 3.5 acres of riverfront land next to the Batohtaung Pagoda in
downtown Yangon, Myanmar. The site is currently used as a car park and also
provides river access via the piers attached to the land at this location. The Client has
also been given approval by the MPA to reclaim a strip of land out into the Yangon
river approximately 50 meters in width.
Serviced Apartment in Yangon, Myanmar, a new Serviced Apartment project, which
will be built on a land plot approximately 176ft x 180ft (2,943Sq/M) in Yangon,
Myanmar. The land plot will also include a Boutique Hotel and a convenience store.
The plot size for the Serviced Apartment within the overall development will be
176ft x 93ft (1,520Sq/M).

Tri Pinacle Façade Penang, façade for a new condominium in Penang, Malaysia.
Tuanggyi Hotel, a new hotel project, which will be built on a land plot approximately
120ft x 80ft (892 sq.m.) on the North side of Taunggyi, Myanmar. The building GFA is
assumed to be approximately 3,500 sq.m. with a total of 6 floors (G+5) plus rooftop
facilities.
Aspen Vision City Plot 4, a new mixed use development, which will be built on plot 4

airport and adjacent to the river in Northern Yangon, Myanmar
Soho Condominium, a new ‘Soho’ style condominium project, which will be built on a
plot approximately 4,808 sq.m at Tapak Cadangan on Penang Island, Malaysia. The
site has a maximum plot ratio of 5 giving the total development GFA of 24,038 sq.m.

Iraq Hospital, a new hospital prototype of 200 Bed General Hospital of 46,335 sq.m
GFA to be used for 7 individual sites for the IRAQ Ministry of Health. Works include
Hospital, staff residential accommodation, ancillary support services and
infrastructure.
Prince Hotel Yangon, the project will see the refurbishment and upgrade of the Mi
Casa serviced apartments, including front and back of house facilities, plus the
construction of a new hotel room expansion building consisting of approximately 200
keys. The GFA for the existing building is approximately 17,000Sq/M. at Yankin
Township, Yangon, Myanmar.
Yangon Triple Mix-Used, the development will comprise of a 2 storey basement
carpark, 3 storey podium, a 16 storey hotel and office tower and an 18 storey
apartment tower. Both towers shall sit on top of the shared podium. The total
construction area is estimated at 90,000 sq.m. located in Yangon, Myanmar.

2014 – Present
Riverside Condominium Yangon, a mid tier condominium with land area of 2,157
sq.m. for the main condominium development with an additional of 836 sq.m. to
provide grade facilities. The development will consist of a 20-24 storey high building
with approximately 100-110 individual units with full facilities including but not
limited to swimming pool, gym, playground, sauna, function rooms and BBQ pit. The
unit mix is split between 2, 3 and penthouse types. Car parking to accommodate 180-
200 cars on grade or in podium with basement structures to be avoided. A small jetty
structure is also planned at the riverfront and a sales gallery is also included in the
project with provisional space for 4 mock up apartment types. The development will
have a GFA of approximately 26,022-27,881 sq.m. with a nett sellable area of
approximately 15,334 sq.m. situation in Yangon, Myanmar.
Thamada Yangon Hotel, the project consists of two buildings: Hotel and Office. The
Hotel Building, main building has seven floors and the Office Building, extended
building has four floors. The total floor area of the Project is approximately 4,400
square meters in Yangon, Myanmar.

2014
Technical University, Yangon – Research Building, a research building set over 5 floors
and with a GFA of 1800 sq.m. This building also has a bridge link at the 2nd floor
approximately 18m in length. This building is in the middle of the campus and
surrounded by existing buildings so the civil and MEP work will need to connect into
this. The building has very specific research functions which means some of the
rooms need to be isolated or protected from the surrounding. There are also
laboratories and x-ray rooms within the building. The research building is located in
Yangon, Myanmar.
Technical University, Yangon – Civil Engineering and Electrical Testing Building, a
testing building set over 3 floors and approx-imately 1500 sq.m in size. It will sit
within a compound of approximately 2,700 sq.m. Within the compound are also
some ancillary spaces and rooms such as transformer, machine room, material
storage and wasted material.

Education College Tuangoo, Myanmar, a teacher training college in Nay Pyi Taw with
the approximate total gross building area is 18,000 sq.m. includes class rooms,
laboratories, administration offices, library, assembly hall, dining hall, hostels, staff
houses and a practicing school.
Loikaw State General Hospital in Kayah State, Myanmar, a redevelopment strategy
including facility departments such as General and Specialist Outpatients, General
Medicine, Surgery, Operating Theatres, Dental, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Eye, Ear,
Nose and Throat, Imaging/Radiology, Clinical Pathology, Blood-bank and Emergency.
New additions to the campus will include two low-rise wings with an approximate
combined gross floor area of 9,235 sq.m., Myanmar.
Master Plan Batu Kawan, Penang, a new mixed-use development with a total plot size
245 acres and is adjacent to the new highway connecting to Penang island via the
newly opened 2nd bridge. The development will be split into 3 key components with
an Ikea Store, a mall connecting to Ikea and the remainder of the plot for mixed
development, condominiums, shop-lots, international school, office and commercial
blocks etc. at Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia.

Inya Lake Hotel, Yangon, The development is for a 4* hotel consisting approximately
two hundred guest rooms/keys including deluxe and suites room types in downtown
Yangon, Myanmar. The hotel facilities will be orientated towards a city hotel and
include restaurants, a business centre, swimming pool and gymnasium along with all
the usual hotel BOH support. The gross floor area of the proposed building shall be
11,100Sq/M.
Tun Aminah 29 Acre MP Johor, a new mixed-use development, which will be built on
29 acres (117,360Sq/m) of land in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The site has a nett sellable
FAR of 6 giving a maximum of 702,000Sq/M sellable area, and there is no height
limitation for buildings within the proposed development. There is a 15 metre setback for buildings from the property line and the total building footprint should not
exceed 60% of the site area.

Taman Danau 162 Acre MP Johor, a new mixed-use development, which will be built
on 162 acres (655,590Sq/m) of land in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The site has a nett
sellable plot ratio of 1:3 for commercial buildings with a maximum of 4 stories. The
density for residential units is 40 units per acre.
EQ-Height Master Plan KL, a new residential development, which will be built on 19
acres (77,000Sq/m) of land within the Equine Park Master-plan development which is
a suburb in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The site has an allowable maximum 700
residential units.
EQ-City Master Plan KL, a new mixed use development, which will be built on 16 acres
(64,700Sq/m) of land within the Equine Park Master-plan development which is a
suburb in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The land plot is split into 2 pieces with the first
10.05 acre plot having a plot ration of 1:59 and a total of 111 commercial units. The
second phase for the remaining 6.18 acres has a plot ratio of 1:4 with a commercial

responsible for developing the house design working closely in conjunction with the
client. Once the design had been developed, became responsible for the production

Devonshire Baths, Eastbourne, a new classical style development of 2 blocks of
apartments and penthouses on a prominent seaside location on the South coast of
England. Was responsible for producing all construction detailing for the project as
well as co-ordinating a small team within the design office in producing detailed
design information and working drawings. Liaised closely with the client and other
design principals and attending site meetings.
2002
Grosvenor Docks, London, a new development of modern designed retail units and
luxury apartments on a regenerated urban dock side location in West London. Was
responsible for liaising closely with the client in producing a set of design and
construction principles to be adopted as a base standard in the construction of the
building.

Canalside, Portsmouth, an exclusive contemporary design or retail units, apartments
and penthouses within a prestigious harbour development incorporating retail,
entertainment and restaurants. Involved at the design stage in developing the design
of the building and the surrounding plaza. Was then responsible for a small team
within the design office, managing and co-ordinating the project, liaising closely with
the client and other design disciplines. Also produced working drawings and
construction details and attended meetings and site inspections to check on progress
and workmanship.
2001
Kew Riverside, London, a new development of 6 blocks of apartments and
penthouses on a riverside site in West London. Took responsibility for individual
blocks within the development, co-ordinating and managing a small team with the
office in producing optimised and detail design proposals, as well as construction
information.

Imperial Wharf, Fulham, London, an exclusive development of 12 Regency style townhouses and 2 blocks of prestigious apartments and penthouses on a prominent
riverside location.

Axa Quadrangle, Berkshire, U.K., an existing 1940’s redundant office building
converted into 41 No. town-houses and apartments. Working as part of a small team
developing the design, gaining successful Building Regulation’s approval and
producing construction drawings. Also attended meetings liaising with the various
design disciplines and made site inspections on numerous occasions to check
construction detailing and progress.
1999 – 2000
Poundary Housing Estate, Dorset, a new development of exclusive traditional style
houses within a new model village with the design and general appearance being
overseen by the Duchy of Cornwall. Was responsible in developing the design for the
houses working closely to the design brief, and developing the working drawings in
order to make an application for Building Regulations approval.

1999
Coombe Lane, Wiltshire, the design and development of a new bespoke country
house in a rural setting in Wiltshire. Was involved in surveying the existing building
and site prior to demolition, and then developing the design and producing detailed
drawings and construction information once the project had started on site.
Laverstock House, Wiltshire, the refurbishment and development of a large traditional
country manor house for the F1 legend, Jody Scheckter. Was involved in producing
design proposals for the Orangery and leisure wings to the building in keeping with
the existing design. Also produced design detailing drawings, 3D internal perspective
images and construction detailing throughout the development of the project.

1999
Health Centre, Pulborough, a new proposed design for a health centre within a
retirement village. Was responsible as part of a small team in producing preliminary
design proposals for presentation to the client. The presentation took the form of a
number of computer generated images and day/night studies to fully visualise the
design.
Sadler Library, Oxford, a new classically designed library in the heart of Oxford city
centre. Was involved in producing detailed design proposals and construction
information as and when required.
